It is considered the date of application for scholarship:

* For delivery attendance, the day of filing the documentation record (Gran Vía, 20 28013 Madrid)
* In the case of mailing, the application and accompanying documentation will be submitted in an unsealed envelope in order to seal the header is the same, according to the provisions of art. 31 of Royal Decree 1829/1999 of 3 December, which approves the regulation governing the provision of postal services. Order of the call

Order No. 2876/2009 of 18 June, the Ministry of Education for approving the regulatory basis for granting aid to college students with disabilities and laying summon aid for the 2008-2009 academic year.
Object

The aid covered by this Order, is intended to offset the extra cost that students have to deal with students with disabilities less than 40%
Recipients

Be eligible for aid under these rules, those students where the following circumstances:

1. Having difficulty to move to school or follow class activities because of physical or mental deficiency involving a discapacidadlegalmente recognized less than 40%.
2. Be enrolled in a public university located in the Madrid and centers attached to it.

Submission of Applications

1. For a simple and flexible handling of the scholarship, we recommend to fill in the application of telematics form: Application form telematics.
2. Applications shall be addressed to the Directorate General for Universities and Research and presented, preferably, in the register of the Ministry of Education (C / Gran Vía, number 20, 28013 Madrid). However, it also may be submitted at any records, whether from the Community of Madrid, the General Administration of the State, other or Auntónomas Communities Councils of the Community of Madrid adhering to the “Single Window Framework Convention, and the Post offices and the embassies or consular offices abroad Spain.

Documents to be delivered

* Telematics Application
* Photocopy of passport (citizens of European Union countries except Spanish), or green card (other nationalities) in force.
In no event may appear in the application the passport number of an applicant who has issued ID card number or NIE.
The Department of Education automatically verify the validity of the ID of the applicant through online consultation of the Ministry of Public Administration does not require bringing in this document.
* Certificate proving current disability, issued by the competent organ of the Community of Madrid, or by any other competent organs of Public Administration, which indicates the degree of disability. The request may authorize the Board of Education to address Health Care Center for Persons with Disabilities in the Community of Madrid to seek the degree of disability (disability) of the applicant.
* The enrollment for the academic year referred to the announcement.
* Justification of costs incurred either by the original invoice or certified copy thereof.
