Why wouldn’t a white chairman validate for a grant if he attends an all black college (I consider they’re called “historically black colleges”)? Aren’t a handful of white people in attendance an all black college deliberate minorities in which college? If we answer this question, we need to know a loyal clarification of minority.
No, I’m not a racist. This is a bona fide question. we consider we should post this subject in a preparation difficulty though I’ll post it a little where else as well.

Well, it might be possible to receive a “minority” scholarship at a HBC. However, the term “minority” is used to refer to historically underrepresented groups in higher education rather than the numbers at a particular college. If you received a “minority” scholarship at a HBC it would probably be from a local scholarship fund from that particular campus rather than a national fund that is targeted to “minority” groups so the funding will be somewhat limited. Believe me there will be more African-American students receiving “minority” scholarships at HBC’s than there will be Caucasians receiving them on those campuses.

Jego mo?liwe, ale w?tpi?. Podczas stypendium organizacje oferuj? "mniejszo?ci" nagrody, s? one zwykle zamierza ?e idzie do mniejszo?ci etnicznych.

My?l?, ?e gdyby takie stypendium istnieje, musia?aby ona by? oferowane wszystkim i ka?demu z przynale?no?ci do mniejszo?ci … co mo?e by? dowolna liczba uczniów z ró?nych kontynentów, jak równie? wszelkie m?skie lub ?e?skie … Je?li jedna lub druga p?e? mniejszo?ci @ danej instytucji. Je?li m?? studenci stanowi? mniejszo??, powinny by? one kwalifikowane too.

Although you may be a minority amongst the general population of the school, you will not be considered a “minority” for scholorships, loans or admission. In these cases the term “minority” refers to a member of a distinct group or class of people who are considered not part of the ruling class who comprise the population of the country hosting the school. If you are white, you are not a minority, even if whites become the smallest “group” in the country “if” the country is still predominantly ruled by those of the “group” known as “white”. Is it fair? maybe not, but it “is” the way it is.
