How does my organization apply for a scholarship grant from Warren Buffett’s foundation?

I chair a scholarship committee that gives scholarships to at risk high school seniors in the San Francisco Bay Area. We host a bowl-a-thon annually to raise funds. Of course the more monies we have the more assistance we can be to young people who want to go to college. I heard about Mr. Buffett’s interest in education and want to ask for help.
